This Privacy Policy explains how WaterExamPrep collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when you use WaterExamPrep.com.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

If you create an account, we may collect information such as your email address, account credentials and information necessary to maintain and secure your account.

Passwords are not stored in plain text. Password reset requests use temporary security tokens that expire after a limited period.

Exam and study activity

When you use Full Practice features while signed in, we may store information about your practice sessions, questions presented to you, answers, scores, completed attempts, question history and other progress information.

Free Sample Exams may be used without creating an account. Sample Exam activity is not intended to create a permanent personal study history.

Purchase information

If you purchase access to WaterExamPrep, we may collect and store information about the order, including the product purchased, price, currency, order status, purchase date, access period and the email address associated with the purchase.

Payment card information is processed by the payment service provider used at checkout. WaterExamPrep does not intend to store complete payment card numbers on its own servers.

Communications

If you contact us, submit feedback, report a problem or request support, we may keep the information you provide and our correspondence with you in order to respond to the request and improve the service.

Technical information

Like most websites, our servers and service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, requested pages and security-related log information.

  • provide Sample Exam and Full Practice functionality;

  • diagnose technical problems and improve WaterExamPrep;

WaterExamPrep is intended for people preparing for professional water and wastewater operator certification examinations. The service is not directed to children.
