Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when a payment for WaterExamPrep may be refunded.

WaterExamPrep is operated by Stanislav Sorokin, self-employed, Cyprus.

1. Our 7-Day Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not started using the paid product.

This 7-day policy is a voluntary WaterExamPrep refund policy and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you under applicable law.

2. What Counts as Using a Paid Product

For purposes of our voluntary 7-day refund policy, a paid product is considered used once you begin using paid Full Practice functionality.

This includes, for example:

• starting a Full Practice Exam available through your paid access;
• answering questions from a paid Full Practice question bank;
• otherwise materially using paid practice functionality included in the purchased product.

The following activities by themselves do not count as use of the paid product:

• creating an account;
• signing in to your account;
• viewing your account page;
• viewing pricing or product information;
• using the free Study Guide;
• taking a Free Sample Exam.

3. Products That Include Multiple Exams

Some WaterExamPrep products provide paid access to more than one certification exam.

If you begin using paid Full Practice functionality for any exam included in such a product, the purchased product is considered used for purposes of our voluntary 7-day refund policy.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same intended purchase because of a duplicate transaction, we will refund the unintended duplicate payment.

This applies regardless of whether you have already started using the purchased access.

5. Technical Failure to Provide Purchased Access

If payment is successfully completed but WaterExamPrep is unable to provide the access that you purchased, please contact us so that we can investigate the problem.

We will first make reasonable efforts to restore or provide the purchased access.

If we are unable to provide the purchased product because of a technical problem on our side, the affected purchase will be eligible for a refund regardless of whether the normal 7-day period has expired.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email:

Please include enough information for us to identify the purchase, such as:

• the email address associated with the purchase;
• the approximate purchase date;
• the product purchased;
• a short explanation of the reason for the request.

Please do not send payment card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials by email.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, we will normally return the payment through the original payment method or payment provider where reasonably possible.

After a refund is initiated, the time required for the funds to appear may depend on the payment provider, card network or financial institution.

8. Access After a Refund

When a paid purchase is refunded, access granted by that purchase may be ended or revoked.

If your account also has access through another valid purchase or entitlement, that separate access is not affected.

9. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or replaces consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or limited.

Depending on where you live and the nature of the purchase, applicable law may provide additional cancellation, withdrawal, refund or remedy rights.

Where applicable law imposes special requirements before immediate access to digital content or digital services may affect a statutory withdrawal right, those legal requirements remain applicable independently of this voluntary 7-day policy.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at [email protected] so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, resolve the issue directly.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising rights available through your payment provider or under applicable law.
