Purchase and Access Questions
If you completed a payment but do not see the expected access, or if the purchased product appears incorrect, contact us and include:
- the email address used for the purchase;
- the approximate purchase date;
- the product you intended to purchase;
- a short description of the problem.
Do not send complete payment card numbers, passwords or other sensitive credentials by email.

Refund Requests

When requesting a refund, please include the email address associated with the purchase, the approximate purchase date and the product purchased.
Report an Error in Study or Exam Content
Water and wastewater regulations, technical guidance and certification requirements can change. We also want to correct genuine content errors as quickly as reasonably possible.
If you believe a Study Guide article, practice question, answer or explanation contains an error, please tell us exactly where you found it.
Helpful details include:
- the exam or Study Guide article;
- the question or section involved;
- what you believe is incorrect;
- a source or reference, if you have one.

If something on the website does not work as expected, please describe what happened and, where useful, include:
- the page where the problem occurred;
- what you were trying to do;
